ASAS SECURITY SERVICES ( JOINT STOCK COMPANY )

ASAS Security Services was founded to provide all the security services of security consultants, personnel, guards, IT solutions, supply and installation of security systems and tools (cameras - gates - Alarms), Beside money transfer and guard dogs.

Mr. / Reda Elghamry, director of the company winning a Diploma in Management Science from the American University, a Diploma in Asylum Law from the International Institute of Humanitarian Law, Italy, and the experience of 23 years of work at the Ministry of Interior in different areas (public security – crime investigation - the security of foreign bodies - Training).

ASAS Security Services is managed by qualified and selected members of the working group offers a range of integrated services. This allows the company to meet all the needs of our customers.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Sustainable instructions to security personnel

ASAS Security Services is keen to identify individuals how to work within the sites. With this in mind, the company has prepared a list of instructions to security personnel and supervisors in order to implement an integrated security system to ensure the highest efficiency in the performance of security. To achieve this system personnel and supervisors must to be adhere to the following instructions: -

  • The commitment to the scheduled work time .
  • The commitment to the company’s uniform.
  • Good- looking.
  • Taking into account the accuracy upon receipt of the duty shift.
  • Record the duty shift time in the book for supervisors.
  • Record arms and the number of shots in the book of weapons and sign the receipt.
  • Do not leave the place of service except with the permission of the supervisors.
  • The importance recording unusual events in details in the form of an internal memo submitted to the supervisor.
  • The importance of recording dates of attendance in the book of your work site.
  • Do not leave blank lines in any book.
  • Tact in dealing with people within the site and taking into account not to talk loudly.
  • Knowledge of the duties required of an individual within the site and security implementation in the manner decent.
  • Never interfere in issues that do not concern you within the site.
  • Vigilance and good conduct most important characteristic of an individual security. Always keep the expected manner.
  • Continued patrolling by supervisors on individuals to ensure proper functioning.
  • Calm and poise when a problem occurs. And immediately inform the supervisor.
  • Always dealing with people inside the site with caution not given a trust.
  • Prohibits individuals to take anything from anyone within the site and be self - pride.
  • It is strictly forbidden to joke around with people. It reduces the prestige and respect.
  • Always be careful to implement the instructions issued by the supervisor and to coordinate with him before making decisions related to the work.
  • The importance to know where valves for gas, water and switches of electricity within the site to ensure control of the situation in emergency cases.
  • The importance of identifying the personal data for visitors and to record it in the book of the site and not to be allowed to enter without the permission of the host.
  • Fully cooperate with the internal security of the site in order to achieve security and stability of the site.
  • Not to be absent from work, it would damage the workflow within the site.
  • Monthly assessment will take place for the performance of individuals at work and the extent of their commitment to the instructions above. Based on that evaluation, incentives will be disbursed to encourage outstanding individuals and the interests of the company to give the nomination for advancement opportunities later.
  • This evaluation will clarify also the neglecting and lazy individuals who will be punished through administrative and legal affairs of the company.
